Be Still

BE STILL

Father, teach me to be still and know that You are God.

Let Your love flow over me like waters

And let the waters buoy me up – weightless, floating in Your love.

Your peace is a golden river flowing over, around, and into my soul.

It is filling the deep, dark void of despair.

It is casting out, drowning out all fear.

I breathe in the wonder of Your majesty and I exhale praise.

You alone comfort me as I rest on Your promise:

“Be still and know Me.”
